Tastings in regional hotels

Suppose you have planned a trip to the Alsace with a group, via a travel agency or whatever. How about something else for one evening? We are happy to come to your hotel for a wine tasting. We can also propose you a dinner at the restaurant of your hotel for example.

At the hotel we will propose 4 to 6 different wines from our selection. We often add some bottles from the hotel/ restaurant we are visiting.

A tasting starts with a short introduction on wines and wine tasting. We will give you some tips and do’s and don’ts. We will continue with specific information on the Alsace region, like terroir, methods and also philosophy's.

We will hand out a tasting form. You will need this form during and after the tastings. We will discuss our findings. This is fun!

A dinner organized by us after the tasting is an option. We are happy to propose a great menu accompanied with Alsace wines.
