Tastings in Strasbourg

Strasbourg is a lovely old city, wel known for its old german style houses. Famous is the 'Munster' Catherdal. Many shops, bars, restaurants and squares give the city a special cosy athmosphere. Famous is also the Christmas market. The olders in the world since 1570.

Of course Strasbourg is also home to the European parliament.

We will send you information so you can visit Strasbourg at you own pace and then ending the day we will meet at at central place to enjoy a Alsace wine tasting at a fabulous location? If you want to, we can organize dinner afterwards

A tasting starts with a short introduction on wines and wine tasting. We will give you some tips and do’s and don’ts. We will continue with specific information on the Alsace region, like terroir, methods and also philosophy's.

We will taste some wines from our own selection. We often add some bottles from the selection of the restaurant we are visiting. 

We will hand out a tasting form. You will need this form during and after the tastings. We will discuss our findings. This is fun!

In our Strasbourg tour we continue with a dinner after the visit of the cave. Here it is an option. We are happy to propose a fine restaurant and/or a great menu accompanied with Alsace wines.
